Brazilian Roots in Irish soil

Welcome to Amai
The idea for Amai came to me during the late stages of the pandemic, a time when I found myself thinking a lot about family, identity, and legacy. My grandparents and parents grew up with very little and cooking was how they survived, selling food in the city to make ends meet.
But what started as a necessity became a source of joy, and their sacrifices sparked my passion for cooking.
My team and I are very excited to welcome you to Amai, where we'll bring fresh, exciting takes on Brazilian and South American cuisine to Dublin. We can’t wait for you to experience it.
